Obituary
Patricia Ann Stephens passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington, Nevada. She was 58.
Patricia was born in Washington, DC on August 2, 1953 the daughter of Bill and Betty Puckett. She married Frank O. Stephens on June 2, 1977.
Patricia has lived in Fernley, Nevada for the past year, coming from Fallon where she lived about one year and had lived in Washington state for over 18 years. Patricia was a photographer and enjoyed canning.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; her brother, William and her Mother, Betty.
In keeping with her wishes no Memorial service will be held.
