Patrick Edward Dillon passed away at his home in Yerington on Wednesday afternoon, December 19, 2007. He was 41.

Patrick was born in San Rafael, California on August 11, 1966 the son of Harry and Katherine (Swett)Dillon. He grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma where he graduated from high school. He has lived in Yerington for the past ten years coming from northern California. Patrick was a kind and caring man who loved his family and friends and was loved by all who knew him. Patrick enjoyed all sports but had a passion for tennis.

He is survived by his Father, Harry Dillon of Cathedral City, California; his Mother and Step-Father, Katherine and John Bartels of Yerington, Nevada; his brother, Greg Dillon of Japan and his sister, Kelly Gayle of Pahrump, Nevada; his two aunts, Marilyn Karoly and Priscilla Lenius; his nephews Dillon Tanner, John Patrick and Mathew Gregory and by numerous cousins; and by his special close friend, Meredith Collins.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the St. Alban's Episcopal Church at the corner of Van Ness and West Street in Yerington.
