Lillian Susan Pearl Ellington passed away after a short illness on Tuesday morning, January 6, 2009 at the Renown Medical Center in Reno. She was 84.

Pearl was born in Luttonlins, England on April 14, 1924. She met her husband, Joseph 'Bill' Ellington in England while he was stationed there serving in the US Army. They returned to the United States after his service with their three children. They lived and raised their family in Weed Heights where she worked for Anaconda Mines. Pearl was a proud volunteer for the South Lyon Medical Center Auxillary for many years.

She is survived by her sons, Richard and Jack; her four grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her youngest son Stephen.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, January 10th at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington, Nevada
Burial will be at the Valley View Cemetery.
