Obituary
Ramon Diaz passed away at his home in Yerington, Nevada on Sunday morning, June 14, 2009.
He was 75.
Ramon was born November 5, 1933 in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico the son of Pedro and Simona Diaz. He was a great Chef and Bar-B-Quer. He supported the Lady Lions Softball team for many seasons. He was always there for everyone and was known as Uncle Tio.
He is survived by his Brother, Roger and his wife Hilda Diaz and his sister, Elva and her husband Curt Ison; and by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister and brother-in-law, Carmela and John McFarren.
A celebration of Life service will be held for Ramon at the 'Pat Peeples' Baseball/Softball field on the corner of Niven & North Oregon
Street on Saturday, July 11th, 2009 at 11:00 am, please bring a glove to join in for a game of softball.
Arrangements and cremation was under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Hoome 25 Hwy 208 Yerington (775) 463-2911.
