Obituary
Randall Leon Taylor 'Randy' passed away early Tuesday morning, November 24, 2009 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington, Nevada. He was 81.
Randy was born in Beatrice, Nebraska on September 5, 1928 the son of Avery and Molly (Bradshaw) Taylor. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Air Force. He married Betty Meece in Santa Ana, California on December 23, 2005. He spent over twenty years driving the transit Bus in Orange County, California. After retirement he moved here to Yerington where he has been a resident for over 6 years. Of his many interest he truly enjoyed listening to his old records and also enjoyed watching football.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; his son, Bryan Taylor; his step children, Carolyn Roark, Rhonda Bentoncourt, John Connelly and Richard Evans; his 25 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Randy's memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009 at the Copper Hills Bible Church 1 Falcon Way Yerington. His cremated remains will be taken to Seward, Nebraska to be buried in the family plot.
