Richard Gallow passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at his home in Yerington after a long illness.  He was 85.

Richard Gallow was born to the late Joseph Gallow Sr. and Malonie Leday Gallow on November 8, 1938 in Welsh, Louisiana. He was the fifth child of 13 children. Richard was married to his first wife Dorthy Gallow for over thirty years who passed away. He then married Thelma Lee Gallow who also preceded him in death.

Richard was also proceeded in death by his mother Malonie LeDay Gallow, father, Joseph Gallow Sr., his sisters Maria Walker, Hellen LaSalle,  Lorraine Bellow, Audrey Gallow and Loretha Bellow; his brothers Willis Gallow,  Joseph Gallow Jr., Henry Jones, Lee "Wallace"Goodley and two brothers in-law Andrew J. LaSalle Sr. and Willie Johnson.

Richard leaves behind family and friends who will cherish his memories: his brother Loney Jones (Ellen), Clinton Jones (Debra), his sisters Mary E. Johnson and Retha Patterson, two sisters in-law Diane Gallow, Adell Jones and host of nieces and nephews.
