Obituary
Richard John Hanley, Jr. passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center in Carson City. He was 55.
He was born in Duluth, Minnesota on April 6, 1955 the son of Richard and Shirley Hanley.
He was a graduate of Yerington High School and had been a member of the Yerington/Smith Valley Democratic Club and a member of Clampers. Richard enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, woodworking, cabinet making and reading.
He is survived by his daughter, Amber Dawn Hanley of Yerington, his brothers, Robert Hanley of Copperopolis, CA and Mark Hanley of Yerington; his sister, Sharon Ryan of Reno; his granddaughter, the love of his life, Karlee Timm of Yerington; his Mother and Step-Father Shirley and Vaughn Silva; also by several nephews and nieces and also several great nieces and nephews
A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am Monday, June 21st at the Holy Family Catholic Church 37 N. West Street Yerington. The Memorial Mass will follow the Rosary at 11:00 am Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church.
