Obituary
Ricky Martin Quartz passed away in Reno, Nevada on Sunday, December 7, 2008. He was 59.
Ricky was born in Schurz, Nevada on August 20, 1949 the son of Leslie and Margaret (Jones) Quartz. He was a lifelong resident of the area and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley Eagle of Yerington and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Roy Williams and Frank Quartz and sisters, Pauline Powell and Flora Rambeau.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 am Friday prior to his funeral service which is to be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 19th at the Tribal Gym in Schurz. Burial will be follow the service at the Schurz Cemetery.
