Robert K. Edmunds passed away at his home in Yerington on Sunday evening, February 5, 2012. He was 69.

Robert was born in Nampa, Idaho on October 26, 1942 the son of Ray and Eva (Brown) Edmunds He was a veteran having served in the U. S. Army.

Robert worked as an electrician / maintenance for many years at different places in Yerington and Hawthorne. He enjoyed camping, water skiing, boating, fixing up old cars and poker runs. He was a member of the LDS church.

He is survived by his sons, Ray and his wife Brandy of Reno, Brett and his wife Morna of Reno; Trenton and his wife Rebbecca Tibbals of Central Pointe, Oregon and Travis and his wife Lisa Marie Lindberg of Spring, Texas; his daughter, Kail Lee and her husband Jim Chisum of Yerington; his brothers, James and wife Janice of Nampa, Idaho and Richard and his wife Jody of Craigmont, Idaho; Sister Loretta and her husband Ricy Warner of spokane, Washington; his grandchildren, Brianne, Renae and Trey Edmunds all of Reno, Talon, Rylan Edmunds of Central Pointe Oregon, and Nick and Chris Vaughn of Reno; a great granddaughter, Kenedi of Reno; his step-father, Max DeVern Stander, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wives, Patricia and Linda Cahoon.

Robert's funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, February 11th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 600 North Oregon Street, Yerington. Burial will be held in Nampa, Idaho at the Kohler Cemetery, Monday, February 13 at 1:00 pm.
