Obituary
Robert Edward Gray passed away on Thursday afternoon, August 9, 2007 at South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. He was 78.
Robert was born in South San Francisco, California on December 10, 1928 the son of Rafael and Billie Jean (King) Gray. He is a veteran having served in the United States Navy. He was a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno. He married Bernice Buckley in Reno on June 20, 1953.
Robert worked as a Engineer for many years at different locations but spent 20 years working for Anacondo in Yerington. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice of Yerington; his son Michael Gray of Crescent City, California; his sister, Paula McMichael of Durham, California; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother and a daughter, Linda.
In keeping with his wishes no memorial service will be held. Cremation is under the direction of the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington (775) 463-2911.
