Robert Romo passed away on Sunday evening, November 8, 2009 at South Lyon Medical Center/ER in Yerington, Nevada. He was 56.

Robert was born in Brownsville, Texas September 24, 1953 the son of Frank and Nellie Romo.

Robert married Frances Gail Johnson in Carson City, Nevada on July 20, 1974. He has lived in Yerington for the past 30 years.

Robert loved fishing, camping and being around his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Frances Gail Romo; his children Robert Romo, Jr, Aaron Romo, Rita Romo and Melaine Romo; his brothers, Junior Romo, Tony Romo, Manuel Romo, Michael Aragon; his sisters, Mary Cox, Janie Ortiz, Rosie Romo, Margie Monreal and Nancy Romo; his grandchildren, Ambrosia Romo, Caleb Romo, Trinidad Madera, Mario Madera, Senthia Ramirez and Juan Ramirez. he was preceded in death by his parents.

Robert's funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, November 14th at the Yerington Tribal Gym with burial at the Valley View Cemetery.
