Obituary
Roxanne 'Roxy' Eileen Megowan passed away on Saturday evening, October 16, 2010 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. She was 57.
Roxy was born in Vancouver, Washington on September 8, 1953 the daughter of Louis and Grace (Wynn) Fleager.
Roxy has lived in Yerington for the past 13 years. She married James Megowan in Reno, Nevada on June 29, 2001.
She took pride and joy in collecting figurines and took special pride in her dog, Muffy. In her failing health Roxy loved life, she loved her husband James and her son Carl. She loved taking walks with her beloved dog, Muffy,at least three times a day. She also enjoyed taking Muffy into stores and bank which put smiles on everyones face.
Roxy is survived by her husband, James of Yerington; her son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Teri Snyder of Oxnard, California; her grandchildren, Courtnie and Bradon Snyder; her sister, Bernadine Elmore. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gary Fleager.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
