Shirley Elizabeth Marcinak passed away on Tuesday morning, September 14, 2010 at the South Lyon Medical Center, Long Term Care in Yerington, Nevada. She was 93.

Shirley was born on July 13, 1917 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Ross and Gladys (Parke) Moore. She married Anton Michael Marcinak in Detroit, Michigan in 1935. They moved to Mason in 1960 coming from Bell, California.

Shirley was an artist, she could paint on anything but Christmas ball were her expertise. She started painting in her late 60's.

Shirley is survived by her sister Sharron and her husband Richard Skroch; her niece and nephews and great nieces and nephews, Sandra Turzak, Shirliann Skroch, Richard (Linda) Skroch, Willie Skroch, Casey (Linda) Skroch, Casey, Jr. (Melissa), Katya and Tyler Skroch, Anthony Dale Skroch, Joshua (Sara)and Lola Violet Skroch, Daniel (Dana) Skroch, Timothy (Melanie) Skroch, Stephen, David and Rachael Skroch.

In keeping with her wishes no memorial service will be held. Her cremains will be buried in the family plot at Valley View Cemetery.
