Obituary
Tabitha Starr Cherry passed away on Tuesday afternoon, May 26, 2015 at the South Lyon Medical Center/Long Term Care in Yerington, Nevada. She was 83.
Tabitha was born in Sparta, Tennessee on November 9, 1931 the daughter of Clyde and Annie (Jones) Cherry.
She lived the past five years in Yerington. She was a member of Pocahantis. Tabitha enjoyed talking on the CB, dancing and singing.
Her survivors include her seven sons, Charles Winfred Luna, Monty Ray Bench, Clyde Burton Luna, Clearane Robert Bench, Paul Alan Luna, David Lee Bench and Terry Wayne Luna; her two daughters, Brenda Starr DuTemple and Robie Elina West-Huston; her two brothers; her 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, May 30th at the Copper Hills Bible Church, 3 Falcon Way Yerington with Pastor Gregg Davies officiating. A viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow the service at the church.
