Tracy David Herman passed away at his home in Yerington, Nevada on Sunday morning, June 8, 2008. He was 49.

Tracy was born in El Paso, Texas on February 24, 1959 the son of David and Fair (Willhoyt) Herman. He graduated from Sparks High School in 1977. While in high school he was the Northern Nevada Wrestling Champion and a member of ROTC. Tracy was a member of the LDS church and served his misson for the LDS church in Indiana. He enjoyed Scuba Diving and also was an scuba instructor, he also enjoyed hunting and shooting. He married Tamara Uhl in November 10, 1989. He had lived in Yerington the past 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Tamara of Yerington; his children, Cody Lee Herman of Yerington, Emily Herman of Indiana and Rebecca Herman of Yerington, Nevada; his Mother, Fair Herman of Reno, Nevada; his Sister, Lisa Payne of Reno, Nevada; and his nephew, David Linares, his niece, Sarah Linares, grand nephew, Sebastian Linares and a cousin, Jim Brelsford. He was preceded in death by his Father.

A Memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 600 North Oregon Street Yerington, Nevada.
