William Martin Adams passed away on Wednesday morning, June 30, 2010 at his residence in Gardnerville. He was 85.
Bill was born in Pine Ridge, Manitoba, Canada on May 18, 1925.
He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Flight Sergeant.
Bill married Pearl Helen Lee on May 19, 1952 in Nova Scotia, Canada. He had lived in Gardnerville for the past 5 years coming from San Jancinto, California. Bill worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent in California. He was an avid writer and reader.
He is survived by his sons, Steven and his wife Lisa Adams of Smith Valley, Nevada and Gary and his wife Sylvia Adams of Murietta, California; his grandchild, Ingrid Adams of Murietta, California. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Helen.
Private family service has been held. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington (775) 463-2911
